This display enables you to view the budget at units level, e.g. a department within a company.
To view the budget at units level, you need to have set up units for your company, and assigned a weight to each unit, for each budget code, when setting up the budget exercise.

To display the budget of a unit, double-click a unit in the tree structure of the budget exercises (located in the left pane of the budget entry page).
The budget of the selected unit is displayed.

The displayed amounts take into account the weights assigned to units for each budget code. If no weight has been assigned to a unit for a budget code, the amounts of this budget code can be viewed at the company level only.
The amounts are displayed in view mode only.
To enter modifications, redisplay the budget sheet at company level, by double-clicking a version of the company's budget sheet in the left pane.
